El petr\u00f3leo y gas persistir\u00e1n bajo un escenario de transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica en Colombia<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

El Ministerio de Minas y Energ\u00eda revel\u00f3 que, con corte a diciembre de 2022, las reservas probadas de crudo llegaron a 2.074 millones de barriles. La cartera calcula que hay una relaci\u00f3n entre reservas probadas y de producci\u00f3n de 7,5 a\u00f1os. En cuanto a gas, las reservas probadas en 2022 cerraron en 2.82 terapi\u00e9s c\u00fabicos (Tpc): el pa\u00eds tiene unas reservas de 7,2 a\u00f1os.<\/p>

Se espera que para 2050, bajo el escenario de la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica, los hidrocarburos seguir\u00e1n teniendo una participaci\u00f3n mayoritaria superior a 50%, un tema relevante para los gremios y expertos de petr\u00f3leo y gas.<\/p>

Ante este panorama, el sector de los hidrocarburos ha esbozado varios retos para el sector. La Asociaci\u00f3n Colombiana del Petr\u00f3leo y Gas (ACP) asegur\u00f3 que el objetivo principal es garantizar la autosuficiencia energ\u00e9tica \u201csin la firma de nuevos contratos y la incertidumbre en torno a la Hoja de Ruta para la Transacci\u00f3n que defina el Gobierno Nacional\u201d.<\/p>

Explicaron que uno de los desaf\u00edos ser\u00e1 garantizar la operaci\u00f3n de los campos, la cual est\u00e1 afectada por la inseguridad, el orden p\u00fablico y la creciente conflictividad social.<\/p>

Julio C\u00e9sar Vera, presidente de la Fundaci\u00f3n Xua Energy, dijo que \u201clo primordial son las reglas de juego porque se han cambiado y hoy el sector tiene mucha preocupaci\u00f3n. Sin estabilidad, hay menos perforaci\u00f3n, inversi\u00f3n, regal\u00edas y empleo\u201d.<\/p>

Un segundo reto del sector destacado por la ACP es el fortalecimiento del relacionamiento con las comunidades, adem\u00e1s de mejorar la percepci\u00f3n que se tiene de la industria y sus ventajas.<\/p>

\u201cCada vez m\u00e1s las comunidades tienen mejor informaci\u00f3n y expectativas m\u00e1s altas sobre los beneficios que genera el rubro energ\u00e9tico y de hidrocarburos\u201d, dijo Vera. El sector tiene el reto adicional de dar a conocer a las comunidades las expectativas reales de empleo e inversi\u00f3n. \u201cTiene que haber informaci\u00f3n y transparencia para buscar que a la comunidad le queden beneficios de la actividad\u201d, agreg\u00f3 el experto.<\/p>

La ACP cree que el pa\u00eds necesita una transici\u00f3n productiva en conjunto con la energ\u00e9tica.
