The all-aluminum MA-R series Silica Gel Filter without valves are robust adsorbents available with FKM or EPDM seals. The rechargeability makes the investment worthwhile in no time, as desiccants and worn internal system components can be replaced quickly and cost-effectively. The MA-R series can be used where isocyanates, polyols, DOT4, SKYDROL, solvents or oils need to be protected from moisture ingress. They can also be used in accordance with ATEX product directive 2014/34/EU in zone II 2 G / D IIC T4.
The all-aluminum housing filled with a desiccant mixture ensures effective drying of the supplied air. A 3μm filter also cleans the sucked air. As air leaves the system, a layer of activated carbon absorbs escaping oil mist and other contaminants, thus protecting the desiccant and the environment from contamination.
