VV-DV series Silica Gel Filter have a stable valve part and are equipped with a one-way exchange cartridge. This allows for quick and easy maintenance and at the same time effective system protection. The plastic casing filled with desiccant mixture ensures effective drying of the supplied air. A 3μm filter also cleans the sucked air.
Additionally, this series contains activated carbon granules and a spill guard to separate escaping oil mist. This guarantees cyclical self-regeneration and therefore very long maintenance intervals.
When the absorbent is saturated, only the cartridge is replaced. The stable, frost-resistant valve part remains in the system.
The VV-DV series is easy to install and offers advantages for plants with permanent air exchange and short maintenance intervals. Integrated valves protect the adsorber from unnecessary loading, allow it to be used in extreme and dusty environmental conditions and ensure minimal pressure build-up even at high air flows.
